1st meeting of Surgeons to organise Surgical Association and founded Soceity of Surgeons of Nepal ( SSN ) at TUTH, Academic Building, Maharajgunj, Kathmandu on 2048-2-32 ( 14th June 1992) Sunday after ending the Joint Conference of International College of Surgeons.

National Symposium on Disaster :

On 2nd and 3rd November 1992 “National symposium on Disaster “ held jointly by SSN and German Surgeons ( Nepalese-German ) collaboration in Kathmandu at Bir Hospital, inaugurated by Dr. Kedar Lal Shrestha, V. C., RONAST.

Lecture / Scientific Programmes :

On 2049-9-23 ( 7th Jan 1993 ) Prof. Bloster, Prof. Maclean have given lectures on Breast Cancer and Thyroid G at TUTH.
